Children are helping me to remember...
- How to go to the quesadilla* place by the corner and think that it's a four star restaurant.
- How to sail sticks across a fresh mud puddle and make a sidewalk with rocks.
- How to lie under a big oak tree and run a lemonade stand with my friends on a hot summer's day.
- How to live simple again by being oblivious to the complexities of life and content with the little things again.
- How to return to a time when I was so aware of God because I was so fresh and innocent, so receptive, flexible, and joyfull.
- How to trust people. How to smile at everyone. How to expect the best from everybody and make friends instantaneously by being blissfully aware of the love everywhere.
- How to use the power of smiles, laughs, hugs, a kind word, truth, justice, peace, dreams, the imagination, to make this a better world.
- How to trust Divine Mother and realize everything is OK.
- How everything is possible.
And if you want to discuss this further, you'll have to catch me first, cause... "Tag! You're it, quesadilla."
* Quesadilla = Mexican delicacy consisted of tortilla, cheese... and sometimes salsa - if you're lucky! :)
